Shaftsbury man accused of third DUI
SHAFTSBURY — A Shaftsbury man was accused of a third DUI offense, according to a news release from Vermont State Police, Shaftsbury Barracks.
Evan S. Jerome, 33, was arrested the night of Aug. 11 after submitting to field sobriety tests following a motor vehicle stop on Myers Road in Shaftsbury, police said.
Jerome is scheduled to answer the charge in Bennington County Superior Court on Aug. 26.
