Second Congregational live virtual services

Second Congregational Church is currently holding virtual services live via YouTube on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. The service live-stream is accessible at www.bennscc.org. Rev. D. Mark Blank's sermon, entitled "Seventy Seven Times" is based on Matthew 18:21-35. The weekly service includes musical contributions by church musician Sue Green and music director Matt Edwards.

Second Congregational Church is an open and affirming, green justice congregation of the United Church of Christ. It welcomes to its work and worship all people of faith or in search of faith, without regard to age, race, sex, economic condition, ability, sexual identity, gender identity, or citizenship; and members seek to care and advocate for the earth and its creatures. Outdoor services at St. Peters

St Peters Episcopal Church will hold three outdoor services this weekend at the church lawn: Saturday evening 5 p.m. Celtic Evening Prayer on Saturday and two services on Sunday,:Morning Prayer Rite I at 8 a.m. and Morning Prayer Rite II at 10 a.m.

To attend, you must register with the St Peter's office in advance: office@stpetersvt.org. All services have a maximum of 25 participants. St Peters will be following all safe guidelines of physical distancing and masks.

The Scripture readings will be: Genesis 50:15-21, Romans 14:1-12 and Matthew 18: 21-35

Worship with the Federated Church

On this second Sunday of September, a sincere invitation is offered to people of faith or in search of faith for the 10 a.m. Service of Worship with the Federated Church of East Arlington via Zoom.

This Sunday's service of scripture, prayer, message and hymns will focus on Paul's instruction as found in Romans 14:1-12. The service will also be available for viewing later in the week on the Federated Church of East Arlington YouTube channel as well as on GNAT-TV.
