Meetinghouse Cafe features Jack Rossiter-Munley

BENNINGTON — Jack Rossiter-Munley, a multi-instrumentalist and singer whose shows include American roots music, folk, blues, and rock and roll, will be featured at the Meetinghouse Cafe, Saturday, Nov. 25, at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $10.

The Meetinghouse Cafe is held at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at 108 School Street.

Rossiter-Munley mixes energetic performance with eclectic song choice, interspersing original material with a selection of offerings from the American song book. His latest show traces the roots of American popular music and examines how rock and roll is informed by centuries-old musical traditions.

Rossiter-Munley has performed in folk, blues, rock and punk groups, and as a solo artist, all over the East Coast and throughout the greater Chicagoland area. His proficiency on guitar, drums, mandolin, and piano allows him to fulfill many roles within these diverse groups and adds variety to his solo performances. His varied musical background ensures an exciting non-traditional show.
