Electric valentines at BAM workshop

The Bennington Area Makers and the Shires Young Professionals will offer a fun evening of creative electronic valentine making from 5:30 to 8 p.m on Feb. 12. Food and materials will be provided.

Bring your friends to Nataraja, a community dance circle, on Feb. 21 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at The Yoga Place, 532 Main St., Bennington. The entrance and parking are in the rear of the building, off Pleasant Street.

Nataraja was created out of a desire from and for dancers of any shape, size and ability to have a safe and fun place to find their artistic expression. Please bring your water bottle. Each participant is asked for a $5 donation, with the proceeds to be donated to Greater Bennington Interfaith Community Services.

All dancers welcomed to help create an all-inclusive and tight-knit dance community. For more information, call 802-442-5331.

Mac 'n' cheese bakeoff for Meals on Wheels

The Bennington Farmers Market's annual mac 'n' cheese bakeoff will be held on Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 601 Main St., Bennington. Proceeds will benefit Meals on Wheels of Bennington County.First prize is a casserole dish donated by Bennnigton Potters. There will be a 50/50 raffle on the day of the competiton.

Tickets can be bought at the Meals on Wheels Cafe at 124 Pleasant St., or at the event.
