Manchester Farmers Market
Summer produce is at its peak at the Manchester Farmers Market so be sure to plan a visit before Labor Day pulls us all back into our back-to-school and work routines!
Aug. 29 is our last free Art Farm of the season so keep the kiddos happily occupied while you enjoy the music of guitar virtuoso King Arthur Junior.
Held every Thursday, rain or shine, from 3 to 6 p.m. in Adams Park, 5101 Main St. (7A) in Manchester Center, the market is your one-stop shop for just-picked produce, yummy baked goods, melt-in-your-mouth meats and cheeses, prepared foods, breathtaking fresh flowers and unique crafts and beauty products. And did we mention chair massages?
The market is producer-only, meaning that every vendor must have had a direct hand in making the food or crafts they sell. There’s always plenty of parking at the Gringo Jack’s lot across the street and the market accepts credit and debit cards, EBT and Farm to Family coupons. Leashed dogs are welcome.
