Arlington man injured in ATV incident

ARLINGTON — An Arlington man is in stable condition, according to State Police, after his all-terrain vehicle rolled onto him.

Police said shortly after 8 p.m. they were summoned to a trail on Red Mountain where Jeremy Fisher, 22, had been riding his ATV. Fisher tried to drive over a large rock, only to have the ATV tip backward and land on him. It then rolled off the trail, leaving Fisher with severe injuries to his upper torso. He was flown by Albany Med Flight to the Albany Medical Center in New York.

The Arlington Fire Department and Arlington Rescue Squad also responded. Police said the crash is still under investigation.
