Arlington man fails to stop, leads troopers in pursuit
POWNAL — Police are looking for the public's help in finding an Arlington man who led them on a chase after fleeing an attempted motor vehicle stop.
Zackery Mann, 36, was driving a green Acura sedan at about 10:30 a.m. Friday when troopers attempted to stop the vehicle, according to a media release from the Vermont State Police, Shaftsbury barracks.
Mann failed to stop, and a chase ensued, according to the release.
The chase was halted once the car crossed over the Massachusetts state line on Route 7.
Mann has a criminally suspended license, and now has multiple other pending charges, including: gross negligent operation, attempting to elude, criminal driving with a suspended license, and violation of conditions of release, according to the release.
