Aircraft maintenance business at Morse Airport

Staff reports

BENNINGTON — Hildt Aviation has relocated its general aviation maintenance operation from Albany, N.Y. to the William H. Morse State Airport in Bennington.

Pilot/owner Jamie Hildenbrandt said in a release that moving his business from Albany International Airport to Bennington allows Hildt Aviation to better serve a growing general aviation clientele throughout the Hudson Valley region in New York, Southern Vermont and Western Massachusetts.

"Since we opened our doors in 2010, our goal is to become a trusted part of your aircraft's lifecycle, from pre-buy inspection through engine overhaul," he said.

In addition to a wide variety of maintenance, warranty repair and avionics services, the business will pick up an aircraft and fly it back to its home base after service completion for a nominal fee, Hildenbrandt said.
