A tractor-trailer tanker rolled over on Route 346 in Petersburgh, N.Y., on Monday afternoon. Traffic was rerouted from the area by Pownal, Vt., Petersburgh and Hoosick  firefighters.

PETERSBURGH, N.Y. — Firefighters from Hoosick and Petersburgh and from Pownal, Vt., responded to a tractor-trailer tanker rollover accident late Monday afternoon along Route 346.

The highway between Petersburgh and North Pownal was closed to traffic, which was rerouted around the incident.

The tanker was said to be carrying milk, according to a post by the Hoosick Fire Department.

No further information was immediately available on the accident.
