Chris Winters, deputy secretary of state, is seeking the Democratic nomination for the top job -- secretary of state. Winters visited downtown Bennington on Tuesday, stopping into local businesses and joining Select Board member Tom Haley and others to hold signs and wave at the Four Corners intersection.
