MANCHESTER — The Chabad of Manchester will be hosting a Hanukkah hot cocoa and skate party from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 12 at Riley Rink.

All are welcome to enjoy hot cocoa, coffee, holiday donuts and latkes.

There will be a $10 admission fee that includes skate rentals.
