The Bennington Banner’s Susan Plaisance (left) and Better Bennington Corp.’s Jenny Dewar presented Bill Clark with a framed article on Clark’s inspirational journey from an abusive childhood to becoming captain of the Bennington Fire Department.
The presentation took place Monday night at the Town Select Board meeting.
