The Arlington Garden Club’s annual greenery sale will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will be entirely outdoors this year, next to the tree and wreath sale at the Town Hall and Community House in the center of town.

The club invites all to stop by for handmade holiday decorations. Masks and 6-foot distancing are required.

Due to health concerns, the town tree and luminaries will be lit at 4 p.m., but there will be no gathering, caroling, hot cocoa, cookies, or festivities as there have been in past years. The club encourages participants to join in the Lions Club driving tour of Arlington’s Parade of Lights from their own vehicles.

The garden club will also be collecting canned goods for the Arlington Food Shelf. Donations will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
