MANCHESTER — The Southern Vermont Arts Center is launching its Spring/Summer 2023 Member Exhibition through July 16, and will kick off with an opening reception today from 2 to 4 p.m. The final touches were being made on the works Thursday in preparation for this weekend's opening.
