NEWFANE — Newfane Village Yoga will hold a session of "Panagalactic Sound Immersion with Sound Massage" with Kirk Jones of Evolvlove Sound Therapy and Brattleboro hand pan maestro Jed Blume on Sunday at 7 p.m.
This will be an immersive, resonant experience of sound and vibration. Tone-matched gongs, hand pans and crystal bowls will create an enveloping soundscape while large bronze singing bowls are rung and sung on the body (if you choose).
This session is designed to clear energetic and muscle tension, guiding to healing within and bringing one and the nervous system into deep restorative relaxation.
