MANCHESTER — Burr and Burton Academy Music program is gearing up to perform its first live concert since March of 2020.

It will take place at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 2, Riley Center for the Arts.

Sixty musicians from the school’s music ensembles will perform the works of John Williams, Pat Metheny, William Billings, Duke Ellington and some additional jazz classics. Under the direction of Neil Freebern, Julie Freebern and David Domenick, our ensembles explore a wide range of repertoire and will conclude with a rousing rendition of Chicago’s “Greatest Hits.”

Tickets are available at bbatickets.com, and a livestream link will be available at freebernmusic.com.

Audience members will be required to wear masks while inside the Riley Center.
