Vermont police say no trauma on toddler's body
ST. JOHNSBURY (AP) - Vermont state police say an autopsy found no signs of trauma on the body of a 22-month-old boy found dead in St. Johnsbury.
On Monday police identified the child as Mason Keithan.
Police were called to a location on Mountain View Drive in St. Johnsbury on Saturday morning where the toddler was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
Police say that while the autopsy found no signs of physical trauma, the final autopsy report is awaiting the results of toxicology tests before determining the cause and manner of death.
