Vermont police find 2 fugitives in row boat
ST. ALBANS (AP) - Police in Vermont have found two fugitives paddling in a row boat in St. Albans Bay.
John Vincelette and Jessica Labelle were seen in the boat Saturday morning. The two later were found by two Vermont Fish and Game wardens who were conducting marine patrol in North Hero to St. Albans Bay.
Vincelette was wanted on an escape from furlough charge and Labelle was wanted on charges of narcotics and false pretenses.
They were taken to the Chittenden County Correctional Center and held for lack of $75,000 bail.
