Traffic in Manchester stop leads to drug charges


MANCHESTER -- State Police charged a Londonderry man with drug possession after a traffic stop.

Police stopped a vehicle being driven by Alan V. Mann, 37, on Richville Road Wednesday at 7 p.m. because of a traffic violation. They found him to be in possession of cocaine, marijuana, and a controlled substance. He was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court to face charges.
