Domestic assault

HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. -- On Saturday, July 26, state police in Brunswick, N.Y. were contacted by the mother of Samantha Green, 38, of Hoosick Falls, who told them that her daughter had assaulted her in an incident Friday. She sustained a black eye and bruises. Troopers arrested Samantha Green at her home on Saturday for 3rd-degree assault. Green was processed at the Brunswick station, arraigned and released to reapear in court at a later date.

Criminal mischief

EAGLE BRIDGE, N.Y. -- On Wednesday night, July 23, state police in Brunswick responded to the report of two men who broke out the front and rear windows of a 2002 Cadillac Deville in a private driveway. The victim was awake. Responding to the noise, the victim looked out his front window to recognize the two men responsible as 33-year-old Patrick Holbrook and 30-year-old Richard Hunt, both from Hoosick Falls, N.Y.

Troopers located the two men at Holbrook's residents shortly after the incedent, when they arrested them for 3rd-degree criminal mischief. Both Holbrook and Hunt were released with tickets, cited to reappear in court at a later date.
