MAU trip to Ireland meeting

BENNINGTON -- A meeting for anyone interested in the Mount Anthony Union High School trip to Ireland scheduled for on April 12 to April 20, 2014, will be held at 6 p.m. in the Mount Anthony Union High School library. Autism support group

Multiple Myeloma support group

BENNINGTON -- The Multiple Myeloma Networking Group - Southwestern Vermont Region (including the northern Berkshires and eastern New York) will hold a support group meeting from 6 to 8 p.m., in the Nichols Christian Education Building at the First Baptist Church, 601 Main St. Interested patients, caregivers, family members and friends are encouraged to attend. BENNINGTON -- Overeaters Anonymous meets on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at the Bennington Free Library, 101 Silver St.

Bereavement support group

BENNINGTON -- A weekly adult grief support group for those who have lost a loved one is held every Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Vermont Veterans Home on North Street. For more information, call VNA & Hospice of SVHC at 802-442-5502.

Bennington Democratic Caucus

BENNINGTON -- Democrats residing in Bennington and North Bennington will caucus at 7 p.m. at Bennington Free Library. The purpose of this caucus is to elect a Democratic Town Committee. Any registered voter of the town of Bennington who has not participated in the caucus process of another political party is invited to attend. The first meeting of the newly formed committee will follow immediately after the caucus.

Practice Yoga at Mark Skinner Library

MANCHESTER -- Join Pauline E. Gardner at the Mark Skinner Library for Prana Yoga for Radiant Health. The free six-week session meets on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and begins Sept. 17. Classes continue until Oct. 29 (no class on Oct. 1).

Learn simple but powerful ways to open, increase, and balance the flow of life force throughout the body-mind-heart. Participants will discover how to keep their whole being nourished and alive with yoga breathing, yoga flow and yin yoga, as well as deep relaxation. All levels are welcome. Bring a mat and towel or blanket and wear comfortable clothing. Gardner is a personal trainer and certified Yoga, Pilates and Zumba instructor. She is donating her time and expertise. POWNAL -- The Democratic Party Town Caucus for Pownal will be held for the purpose of the election of the town committee; election of officers by the town committee; election of county committee members; and new business.
