Car Show and Quilt Show
BENNINGTON -- The weekend of Sept. 13-15 there will be a "Threads and Treads" celebration. The 47th Annual Bennington Car Show at Willow Park will feature special marque such as Studebaker, Corvette, and Austin Healy vehicles. There will be food, fun, and free parking, a tractor pull and a variety of vendors.
The Quilt Show will be down the street at the high school.

BENNINGTON -- Vendors are being sought for the Big Swap Meet at the Bennington Car Show Sept. 13-15.
Visit www.benningtoncarshow.com for a vendor registration form. Spaces are $50 for the three-day event and are 10-feet wide by 30-feet deep. The event will be held at Willow Park. Enter through the gate by Nemer Automotive off Kocher Drive. Register on site for available spaces.
Meeting for MAUHS Ireland trip
BENNINGTON -- A meeting for anyone interested in the Mount Anthony Union High School trip to Ireland scheduled for on April 12 to April 20, 2014, will be held Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 6 p.m. in the Mount Anthony Union High School library.
