Letter to the editor: Vote for Sullivan
Vote for Sullivan
As a resident, voter, and former business founder/manager in East Dorset, Vermont for more than 25 years, I am pleased to express my support for Democrat Linda Joy Sullivan for the Vermont House of Representatives representing the towns of Dorset, Danby, Landgrove, Mount Tabor, and Peru.
I realize that so many of us have the same concerns. Issues like affordable health care, the very best education for our children, fair gun control, compassionate care for the mentally ill and considerate care for those of all ages who are unable to speak for themselves, small business opportunities and so many other important issues.
Linda has the education and the experience to work for us! We need representation in the areas of fiscal responsibility and laws that will benefit us – the people! Linda Joy Sullivan is a Certified Public Accountant and has an LLM legal degree. She has been a business owner. She cares about children and families. Qualities that I rate as very high are her trustworthiness and ability to treat all people with respect. You can show your support by checking out her website: wwwlindajoysullivan4vthouse.com where you will find opportunities to meet and talk with Linda and can e-mail her with your concerns. Ask questions and I know you will receive answers.
After meeting and talking with Linda Joy Sullivan several times and learning about her qualifications, I am totally confident that she will listen to our specific concerns and bring our issues to Montpelier – She will be our voice; speaking on our behalf. We may be separate little towns, but we are one large family in this district and we need and deserve great representation. Please consider voting for Linda Joy Sullivan for the Vermont House of Representatives on November 8th.
