Letter to the editor: Banner ignores letters
Banner ignores letters
As I was up to the hospital waiting to have blood drawn, someone walked over to me and said, why aren't you doing letters to the editor anymore, I really like your style of old fashioned common sense.
I told them I still write every month but the editor will not publish what I write.
I can't understand how that is freedom of speech. With the Banner going local it hasn't helped any. If you try to call or see anyone, calls are never returned and they just ignore you.
The Banner doesn't care about getting the whole story, just dirt to sell papers.
Going from letters to the editor to opinions must have given the editor the right to not call you to tell you why your letter wasn't printed.
Just as with my care-giving, I will continue to help with my heart and God's helping hands.
