Letter: Seeking justice for dogs

Posted
To the editor:

I am writing to tell you matter that has happened right in this town (Bennington). My mother, who lives on Beech Street, recently lost three dogs. She found one dead the other morning and another after work. Someone threw (herbicide) in her yard where the dogs go out in a small fenced area. The dogs are not outside dogs. My mother brings them out to go bathroom, and back in. Someone had thrown (herbicide) in the area. The other dog (received medical care) but didn't make it. She was found dead this (morning). No idea who would have (committed) this horrific crime, but I want justice for my mom and those three dogs that were her world, all she had. Please help me spread the word and get justice.
