Cumberland Farms announces Cups for Kids

Saturday April 20, 2013

Cumberland Farms has announced the launch of "Cups for Kids," a year-long program aiming to benefit children’s hospitals. Proceeds from Vermont stores April will go to the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth.

"Last year, Cumberland Farms launched our Pediatric Care Campaign and made the decision to focus our corporate giving efforts towards the health of children. We’re proud to support the doctors and nurses who provide life-changing care every day," said Cumberland Farms Retail President Ari Haseotes. "We hope our contributions this year from the participating stores, along with the help of our loyal customers, continue to help kids at CHaD get well and stay healthy."

The program raised nearly $25,000 for CHad in 2012.

For the duration of the program, which runs through the end of the month, participating Cumberland Farms stores in New Hampshire and Vermont will donate five cents per cup of hot coffee sales to benefit the children’s hospital.
