Brendan Mance and Lindsey Parkes married in Colorado

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. -- Brendan Alastair Mance and Lindsey Anne Parkes were married on a sunny, 55 degree day, overlooking the Breckenridge ice sculptures in Colorado on Jan. 25. Some 55 close friends from Philadelphia, Colorado and Vermont attended.

Lindsey is the daughter of Joanne and Tom Parkes of Nathrop, Colo., and Brendan’s parents are Cheryl and David Mance of Shaftsbury. Brendan’s father wrote a message of finding peace through family, while Cheryl read a Zen blessing.

The Matron of Honor was Jennifer Parkes Snyder of Hawaii, and the Best Man was Trevor Mance of Shaftsbury.

Lindsey is a graduate of University of Colorado and works for Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, doing robotic surgery in the urology field.

Brendan is a graduate of Drexel University and works as a market analyst at Susquehanna International.

The couple will reside in Philadelphia and are presently sailing around the Caribbean Islands for a week’s honeymoon.
