Agenda: Policy review.

Manchester School District Board

Manchester Elementary Middle School multi-purpose room, 6:30 p.m.

Agenda: Call to order, public comment, approval of Jan. 8 minutes, report of the superintendent of schools, report of the principal, appointments/resignations, other business, adjournment.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

Design Review Board/ Development Review Board

Manchester Town Hall, 6039 Main St., 7:30 p.m.

Agenda: Approve minutes; design review - Burns, 136 Bonnet St: exterior alterations; Mark Skinner Library, Cemetery Avenue: final architectural design plans; Midway Oil (Gulf/Dunkin Donuts), 4604 Main St.: preliminary review of redevelopment plans for the building and site, revisited; Manchester Town Center (former Sirloin Saloon), 135 Depot St.: design review for proposed new building; other business.

Bennington Board of Civil Authority

Town Clerk’s Office, 205 South St., 4:30 p.m.

Agenda: The purpose of this meeting is to take oaths of office, reorganize the board and discuss the upcoming March town and school meetings.
