STOWE -- The Burr and Burton Academy girls hockey team picked up another win on Saturday, topping Stowe 4-0

Kristi Lewicki opened the scoring with an unassisted effort in the first period, then 42 seconds later Mary Leech doubled-up the lead when she finished off a sequence of passes from Aggie Bisselle and Jordan Harmon.

Megan Grabher made it 3-0 in the first period when she finished off a pass from Lewicki and Ryder Ferrone.

"Stowe has a really good goalie in Danielle Mayo, so to get three goals in the first period was important," coach Ed Lewicki said.

Mayo finished with 33 saves for Stowe in the loss, while Kaylie Benson stopped all eight shots that were sent her way.

BBA moves to 3-1 with the win, and play again on Wednesday at Woodstock.
