Mount Anthony's girls tennis team had two players lose their first individual matches of the season on Thursday during the Division I quarterfinal against No. 10 seed Colchester. But not to worry, the rest of the team had their backs.

BBA advances in boys tennis
05/26/2016 10:33 PM EDT - MANCHESTER >> The No. 4 seed Burr and Burton boys tennis team advanced in the Division I tournament with a 4-3 win over No. 13 Burlington on Thursday. Sam Cochrane won at No. 1 singles in three sets, winning the last two 6-2 and the tiebreaker 10-8. No. 2 Justin Tegen and No. 3 Justin Walla each won in straight sets, Tegen a 6-1, 6-4 victory and Walla a 6-2, 6-3 win to go up 3-0. Full Story

Former SVC player to lead men's soccer

That was also the last time the Patriots were Marble Valley League champions. Patriots fall behind, can't make up deficit in defeat
05/26/2016 06:31 AM EDT - BENNINGTON — For the past few games, the Mount Anthony baseball team has dug itself an early hole, making it that much tougher for the Patriots to put wins in the ledger. That happened on Wednesday against Rutland as the Raiders scored five runs in the first two innings. Rutland didn't score again after the second, but Mount Anthony couldn't find the timely hit in a 5-3 loss. Full Story
