Meetings will be held Tuesday at the St. Albans Historical Society from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and at the Enosburg Opera House from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Meetings are also planned Thursday at the American Legion in Middlebury from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and at the Rutland Free Library from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
