My husband and I want to express our sincere thanks to the studentsof Mr.Tim Stewart's class at Arlington Memorial High School for the work they performed in restoring the walking trails and bridges on our property in Arlington.

Several weeks ago, the combination of the Battenkill River at near capacity, torrential rains as well as the impact of the snow melt, caused serious damage to the property's trails and bridges, which have been, for 26 years, opened to the public.

The juniors and seniors from Mr.Stewart's class, Gary Croft, Olden Dwyer, Jeremy Fisher, Noah Irion, Kyle Tamburro and Alex Trayah went about their work as true professionals. Their attitude, spirit and comradeship were in full display and indeed a pleasure for us to see and deeply appreciate.

Arlington Memorial High School has a wonderful program in place in providing aid to residents of the town. This was our second opportunity to see the class in action -- Tropical Storm Irene was the first and like this recent experience one not to forget, instead, to be thankful for.
