DORSET -- State Police are seeking the driver of an H3 Hummer which left the scene of a minor accident, police said.

On Saturday at 10:45 p.m., police responded to a call at the Barrows House Inn on Route 30.

According to police, about 10:30 p.m., witnesses observed a H3 Hummer back into an unoccupied 2012 GMC Terrain that was parked in front of the Barrows House.

The operator would have been aware of the collision and immediately left the area. Minor damage was sustained to front bumper and grille of the parked vehicle. It is unknown what, if any, damage was sustained to the Hummer, police said.

Troopers would like to identify and speak to the operator of the Hummer. Anyone with information regarding this crash is asked to contact Sgt. Brian Turner of the Shaftsbury Barracks at 802-442-5421.
