BENNINGTON -- Police cited a Pownal woman Thursday afternoon with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of narcotics after her involvement in a two-vehicle crash.
According to Vermont State Trooper Lewis Hatch, Cassidie R. Harrington, 26, of Pownal, was driving a Chevrolet Tracker on Route 7 at 4:19 p.m. behind an Audi AA8, being driven by Joan Charbonneau, also of Pownal.
