Request from NYSP to assist on Pine Valley RD for Burglary in Progress

Monday 2/27

Investigation of domestic on Fourth Street

Traffic stop on High Street for vehicle and traffic violations led to the arrest of Ismael Escobar for speeding and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Upon investigation it was discovered that Escobar and two passengers in the vehicle Manuel Felix Lopez and Luis Lorenzo all individuals from Philmont N.Y,, were discovered to be illegal aliens in the United States. Subjects were turned over to US Immigration officers for investigation. Escobar, age 25, was issued appearance tickets for traffic violation and bail was set for $200 to appear on 4/19/2012

Tuesday 2/28

Arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol of a person under the age of 21 was Lucus Bisson age 20 of Madison Street in the Village of Hoosick Falls.

Issued appearance ticket to reappear 3/8/2012

Investigation of a larceny at 114 Church Street

Thursday 3/1

Registration of a sex offender on Willow Street

Investigation of a Larceny from a building on 62 Mechanic Street Individuals removed copper pipe from the residence

Investigation of a Larceny of Mail from 45 Mechanic Street

Friday 3/2

Warrant arrest. Arrested was Heather Poore age 27 from Glenmont for Violation of Condition of Sentencing. Arraigned and bail was set for $1,000 cash and $2,000 bail bond to reappear in Hoosick Falls Village Court on March 8
