Many donated to school fundraiser

Over 50 local businesses contributed to the Hiland Hall School's annual fundraiser, "Soup Stock".

On March 5th friends, family and townspeople gathered at the Masonic Hall in Bennington for the Hiland Hall School's third annual "Soup Stock" fundraiser. There was music, dancing, a raffle and silent auction in addition to fantastic homemade soup, bread, cheese and dessert. The Hiland Hall School is so grateful to area businesses for their generous donations to benefit the School.

Among those contributing were Anytime Fitness, Bennington Cinemas, Bennington Potters, Bennington Subaru, Blue Benn Diner, Cake Gallery, Carpe Dolce Creations, Chocolate Barn, Ed Levin Jewelry, Equinox Spa, Full Circle Mercantile, Gift Garden, Hannaford, Hawkins House, Jay's Art Shop, Jeff Gray Jewelry, Brian Hewitt Painting, Knapps Pet's & Hobbies, Mass MoCA, Red Barn Pottery, Oldcastle Theater Company, Orvis, Panache, Price Chopper, Scarlet Creations, Seventh Generation, Shaws Supermarket, Spice and Nice, Starbucks, Rhythm Hollow Stables, Loomis Auto, Red Comb Vintage, Spiral Press Café, Vermont Arts Exchange, Vermont Confectionery, VT Teddy Bear, Whitman's Feed Store, Wing and a Prayer Farm, Earth Sky Time, Roundhouse Bakery, Cabot Creamery, South Street Café, Stewarts and Yarn for the Soul.
