Think green on grilled corn
After you've gotten a nice char on your sweet grilled corn, brush some pesto on it and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and thank us later for this basil cheesy goodness.
Cheers to corn and beer butter
Three words: Sriracha Beer Butter. Boom. Simply beat 1/2 cup unsalted butter in a mixer. Add 3 Tbs IPA beer, 1 tsp sriracha, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp salt and beat until combined. Slather on the cob.
For sour cream and onion lovers
For each ear of corn, combine 1 Tbs sour cream, 1/2 tsp chopped fresh chives, and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Spread the goodness on warm ears of corn just before serving.
Brush corn (after, if boiling; before, if grilling) with olive oil. Combine ¼ cup maple syrup, 2 Tbs Dijon mustard and a pinch of allspice. Spread mixture on hot, cooked corn.
