Rhyme Time for Tots at Mark Skinner Library
MANCHESTER -- Rhyme Time for Tots is starting its fall session at the Mark Skinner Library. This story time for children from birth to 3 begins on Thursday, Sept. 19, at 10:30 a.m. It is immediately followed by PreSchool Play Time for toddlers 3 to 5. These free programs take place every Thursday morning. Children must be accompanied and supervised by adult caregivers.

Fisher Elementary hosts open house
ARLINGTON -- Fisher Elementary School will host an Open House for current students and their families from 5 to 6 p.m. A Fisher Band information meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. for interested students. Revival Time at Bible Baptist
