Spring concert at MAU

BENNINGTON -- The Mount Anthony Music Department will present spring concerts: The MAUHS Choirs, directed by Lynn Sweet, will present a spring concert at 7 p.m. in the MAU auditorium. The concert will feature the MAU Choir, Chamber Choir and Da Capos. Admission is free. Bennington Free Clinic

BENNINGTON -- The Bennington Free Clinic is held each Thursday starting at 6 p.m. This clinic is for uninsured people 18 years of age or older, who would otherwise fall through the cracks of the health care system. It is located in the First Baptist Church, 601 Main St. Call 447-3700 for an appointment to be seen.

CCS meet the candidates

CAMBRIDGE, N.Y. -- Cambridge Central School will hold a meet the candidates night at the new cafeteria beginning at 7 p.m. Two candidates will be on the ballot May 21 for one three-year board of education seat: Incumbent board member Paul Baker-Porazinski and Sean Cossey. Thursday’s event will allow the public to meet the candidates and hear why they’re seeking the seat.

Polish Hall Poker Run benefit

HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. -- A Polish Hall Poker Run benefit will be held at 12 Mechanic St. on Saturday, May 18. All vehicles welcome (motorcycles, cars, trucks etc.) Sign-ups will be from 10 a.m. to noon, $20 per bike and driver; $10 for passenger. Cash and prizes will be awarded.
