SHELBURNE -- Jamie Lynne Piche and Zachary Rodney Burdick were united in marriage on Sept. 28 in Shelburne.
The bride is the daughter of Lynne Piche of Essex Junction, and Robert and Sue Piche of Hudson, Fla., formerly of Essex Junction. The groom is the son of Jay and Penny Burdick of Shaftsbury. The maid of honor was Ashley FitzGerald. Bridesmaids were Lindsay Doorey, Esha Woodward and Peggy Matthews. Flower girl was Anna Hibbard. The best man was Dakota Burdick. Groomsmen were Derrick Farmer, Patrick Woodward, and Nick Hibbard. The ring bearer was Taylor Matthews.
The wedding and reception were held at Shelburne Vineyard, followed by a honeymoon at Jay Peak.
The bride graduated from Champlain College with a bachelor of science degree in healthcare management and is currently employed by Colchester Rescue and the Office of The Chief Medical Examiner. The groom graduated from Champlain College with an associate’s degree in multimedia and graphic design, and a bachelor of science in computer science, and is employed by Vertek Corporation.
The couple resides in Georgia, Vt.
