SHAFTSBURY - State police said they have received a number of reports of a suspicious vehicle parking in people's driveways at night around Birch Hill Road.
Police said the vehicle is a white cargo van with ladder rack and Vermont license plates. Police said the van has been seen in different places over the course of the past few nights, it's purpose is unknown.
Residents are being asked to report suspicious activity to police at 802-442-5421. Tips can be sent to police anonymously through www.vtips.info or by texting to the number 274637 (Or "CRIMES") then writing the keyword "VTIPS" followed by a space, then the tip itself.
