SUNDERLAND -- Police have cited a 20-year-old man for enabling minors after police busted a party on North Road late Monday night.
Vermont State Police Trooper Lewis Hatch said police received numerous calls for a noise disturbance on North Road in Sunderland. Troopers found a large group of people at a residence. Several people under the age of alcohol had been consuming alcohol, according to Hatch.
Twenty-year-old Stephen Perkins was cited to appear in Bennington Superior Court Criminal Division for a misdemeanor charge of enabling minors, according to Hatch.
The Manchester Police Department assisted, Hatch said.
